We do not require our customers to sign long term agreement-we just require to cancel or pause cleaning with little notice so we can adjust schedule for our employees. You're welcome back any time. 

Always the same cleaner

We are selecting employees and train professionals for your home, we usually recommend to try at-least 2-3 cleaners before you decide on which employee fits your needs and you like for your home.

It is important that you as a customer feel comfortable with person coming to your house.

Om husdjur/pälsdjur finns kan en extra avgift tillkomma beroende på nedsmutsning. Pga allergier var vänlig och informera oss om djur hemma.

Vår Nyckel- & larm policy gäller vid hantering av alla sorters nycklar samt larmkoder för din trygghet.

Reklamation 

Reklamationer gjorda senare än 3 arbetsdagar efter städtillfället behandlas inte. Om kunden själv åtgärdat felen innan SpotlessHome kontaktas eller fått chans till att kontrollera, utgår ingen ersättning till kund.
